We’ve just had a superb experience from the team at Longridge Self Store. We hired one of the storage units as we were undertaking renovations, the unit was incredibly clean with brilliant access (24/7) and plenty of parking. The unit has kept our furniture in brilliant condition. Great advice from the team at the outset regarding clear labelling of storage boxes and keeping an up to date record of where things are in the unit for ease of access when you want to locate things.

We needed somewhere for storage while my mum had building works done. We were delighted with the friendly and supportive ethos of Longridge Selfstore.It felt like we were dealing with friends rather than a private company. The containers were clean and watertight and we were even allowed to switch to a smaller container when some of the contents went back. Fantastic service. We needed storage whilst returning from abroad and living with parents. LSS were very accomodating, no pushy sale technique, just two lovely people who provide a great service. No hidden fees either unlike other self storage places.

I don't usually write reviews but felt I needed to in this case as I've been so impressed.Their prices were very competitive which is what initial attracted me to the company. However, after dealing with Carole and Terry I have been left very impressed and I would unreservedly recommend Longridge Self Store. Carole stepped me through everything from the very beginning. From setting up a standing order payment, explaining how everything worked and showed me round. Terry showed me how the unit worked and inside the unit itself. The unit was spotlessly clean and completely dry. I have friends who've had very bad experiences with self storage where their belongings got damp or rusty. After 6 months of using my unit I'm pleased to report that all my electronics are working perfectly and are bone dry. Everything has come out of storage in the same condition it went in. Nothing is damp or even smells damp.If you are looking for some self storage I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else. They've been brilliant to deal with. You can drive directly to your unit 24/7. The units are spotless and completely water tight. When we ended our contract it literally took one simple phone call and I met Carole and Terry at the unit to give them my key.
